Woman Says Drunk Radio Star Hurt Her

CLEVELAND (CN) - A woman says a drunken "radio personality" for Clear Channel Communications smashed her in the head with a beer bottle he threw from the stage at a street party. She claims Clear Channel encouraged Dominick Dieter to indulge in his "criminal personality," on co-defendant Shane French's show on WMMS 100.7, and at the party.

Tiffany Yuhasz says she suffered "nerve damage, pigmentation change ... tissue loss and indentation of her forehead" when Dieter mounted the stage at the Roverfest street party and threw a beer bottle into the air.

Yuhsaz claims that Dieter has "historically accumulated numerous incidents of assault and physical injury upon himself, other persons and property ... and his aggressive and dangerous behavior ... was condoned, ratified and left unrestrained" by Clear Channel and French. She claims the nation's largest radio chain encourages Dieter to exhibit his "criminal personality," for the benefit of French's radio show. And she claims that French regularly photographs and videotapes Dieter's shenanigans to post as a Web site attraction for his "Rover's Morning Glory" show.

Yuhasz demands damages for pain and suffering and medical expenses of more than $4,000. She is represented by Christian Patno with McCarthy, Lebit & Crystal.
