Woman Says Dixie Homecrafters Abused Her

INDIANAPOLIS (CN) - An 82-year-old woman claims that Dixie Homecrafters offered to fix her window casings and reface some eaves for $1,700, and finance the payments, then charged her $18,460 for it. She also sued GE Money Bank and Dixie affiliate Gutterguard, demanding punitive damages for unconscionable financial abuse of an old person, in Federal Court.
