Woman Says Boss|Showed Her His Penis

(CN) - A Hillsborough County, Fla. woman claims her boss at a Florida car service company sexually harassed her to the point of pulling out his penis at work.

In a lawsuit filed in the Hillsborough circuit court, Jessica Peters says that about a week after she began working for the defendant Pinnacle Automotive Hospitality Services Inc., she was approached by the company's CEO and asked if she would "like to party."

"Plaintiff told him that she had a baby at home and would not being out to party. A week or two later, Pinnacle's Chief Executive Officer asked Plaintiff if she did drugs or would like to do drugs and indicated to her that he had drugs in his desk drawer," the complaint says.

Later, Peters says, the CEO told her she should not date because he would see that she was "taken care of."

With that, "Pinnacle's Chief Executive Officer began making sexually charged and unwanted comments towards Plaintiff on a daily basis," the complaint says.

These unwanted comments allegedly included, but were not limited to her being asked to view pornography on the boss's office computer, talk about how the CEO was having sex with exotic dancers, and being told she needed to "be doing 'more" while the CEO grabbed his crotch.

Peters says she was fired for not going along with sexual advances made by Pinnacle's CEO.

"On or about February 12, 2014, a week before plaintiff was terminated, Pinnacle's Chief Executive Officer called plaintiff into his office and took his penis out of his pants and told plaintiff 'this needs to go in your mouth,'" the complaint states. "Plaintiff refused each of Pinnacle's Chief Executive Officer advances, and request[ed] that such advances stop. On or about February 18, 2014, plaintiff was terminated, for failing to succumb to Pinnacle's Chief Executive Officer sexual advances."

Peters see compensatory and punitive damages, back pay and benefits, interest on that back pay and benefits, front pay and benefits, pecuniary and non-pecuniary losses, and attorney's fee.
