BROOKLYN (CN) - A woman says that after her boss at Esquire Radio & Electronics sexually harassed her with his "submissive sexual fantasies," he tied her hands above her head to a bar in his private office and sexually groped her.
Lorraine Gallo demands punitive damages from Esquire, Franklin Industries and her ex-boss, Seth Barr, the companies' controller. She says Barr constructively fired her in retaliation for her objections to his sexual harassment, which included tying her up with a dog chain in his office so he could grope her.
She is represented by Beekman & Kaufman of Roslyn Heights.
