CLAYTON, Mo. (CN) - A woman says her boss at Corporate Cash Flow Solutions secretly videotaped her using the bathroom and posted the film on the Internet.
Stacy Lampe claims Jack Eigles, acting president and treasurer of Corporate Cash Flow Solutions, videotaped her several times this year in the bathroom at work. She says it caused her shame, humiliation and psychological injuries.
She seeks more than $250,000 and punitive damages in St. Louis County Court.
Eigles, 55, was charged in October with felony second-degree criminal invasion of privacy and is free on a $15,000 bond, according to local media reports.
Police said he secretly filmed as many as five women in various states of undress. Corporate Cash told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that Eigles is on a leave of absence pending the outcome of the investigation.
