Woman Says Attendant Offered ‘Chocolate Love’

MORRISTOWN, N.J. (CN) - A JetBlue passenger says a male attendant sexually harassed her in the air, repeatedly telling her "I'll give you some chocolate love" while showing her pictures of his nether parts.

Gina and Robert Rousset sued the airline and Dayne Arokium in Morris County Superior Court. They claim that while Gina was en route from West Palm Beach to Newark, Arokium singled her out, calling her "cute" and "gorgeous."

She says the exchange quickly became vulgar, with Arokium telling her that she "smelled delicious" and "I know you want it," while "repeatedly pointing to his penis." Arokium "tossed his cell phone on [her] tray table with a picture of [his] penis displayed" on it, according to the complaint.

Rousset claims Arokium asked her "how do you like that size" and told her that "once you go black, you never go back."

Rousset, who says she walked with a cane during the flight as she was recovering from back surgery, says that when she "attempted to get away from [Arokium] and went to the restroom," he told her to "be sure to play with yourself for me."

When she returned, she says Arokium told her "you know you want me inside of you" and said that he would "be at the Marriott next week in New Jersey" and she should come "get some chocolate love."

She and her husband seek damages for emotional distress, assault and battery, negligence and loss of consortium. They are represented by Susan Reed with Nusbaum, Stein, Goldstein, Bronstein & Kron of Succasunna, N.J.
