Woman Claims Officer Ogled Her During Stop

PORTLAND, Ore. (CN) - A Portland police officer followed a woman's car from a bar, stopped her for no reason, asked about her underwear and ordered her to lift up her skirt, the woman claims in Multnomah County Court.

The plaintiff demands $100,000 from the city of Portland for the "humiliation, embarrassment, anxiety, fear and intimidation" she says she endured when Officer John A. Wood ogled her during the traffic stop. She is represented by Elden Rosenthal of Rosenthal & Greene.
