Woman Claims Boss Demanded Sex

WORCESTER, MASS. (CN) - A woman says the president of the company she worked for coerced her into having sex with him three times in exchange for time off to care for her daughter, who has cystic fibrosis. She says EP Wine president Richard Wine Jr. fired her when she complained of it.

The woman says Wine's behavior forced her into a deep depression, for which she was hospitalized. He fired her "for reporting and resisting the sexual harassment," though her complaints did no good, she says in Worcester County Court.

She is represented by Michael Shea of Wilbraham, Mass.
