Woman Claims Beazer Homes Fired Her|For Reporting A String Of Frauds

FRESNO (CN) - A woman claims Beazer Homes fired her for objecting to its fraudulent practices, including submitting fraudulent reports to the state Department of Real Estate Regulations to inflate sales, refusing to timely submit cancellations so that clients lost their earnest money and down payments, fraudulent advertising, promising "promotional giveaways" it never intended to honor, promising to plant sod at new homes though it never intended to do so, and other flagrant misrepresentations.
