CINCINNATI (CN) - A woman sued Planned Parenthood, claiming when that when she sought an abortion in 2004 she told an employee that "she had been forced to do things she did not want to do," but because of Planned Parenthood's "don't ask, don't tell" policy, her father was able to continue sexually abusing her for another 18 months.
The woman said her father had sexually abused her for 4 years when she sought the abortion. She sued Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region, a doctor and four other people, three of them identified only by initials, in Hamilton County Court. She is represented by Brian Hurley with Crabbe, Brown & James.
