Witness ID in High Court

WASHINGTON – The solicitor general can participate as amicus curiae in oral argument to determine whether New Hampshire judges should have tossed the identification of Barion Perry by a witness who identified him for a car burglary, but did so while Perry was handcuffs, the Supreme Court said Monday.
