With God All Things Are Possible, Including Foreclosure, Woman Says

BRONX (CNS) - A woman says the president of With God All Things Possible Inc. pressured her into signing an agreement by posing as a lawyer and now she faces foreclosure.

Roma Francisco claims that defendant Victor Webster, president of the New Testament-quoting real estate corporation, told her "that he was an attorney and could bring an action against her to force her to sign" an agreement with the organization's vice president, co-defendant Ludovino Montas.

Francisco says Webster's name is not listed in the New York State Attorney System.

Under the terms of the contract, Francisco was to transfer title to one of her Bronx properties, but would be allowed to collect rent from its tenants until the mortgage was paid.

But she says the defendants told the tenants and Section 8 to forward their payments directly to the corporation.

Although the property "still remains in her name," Francisco does not have the money to pay for the mortgage, and faces the threat of "foreclosure and a negative credit rating."

She is represented by Peter Torres in Bronx Supreme Court.
