WAUKESHA, Wisc. - The Waukesha County Environmental Action League claims the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources allowed a polluting metal-shredder to operate without a permit after the shredder's attorney wrote the Secretary that the plant would "help Governor Walker meet his target of 250,000 new jobs for Wisconsin," in Waukesha County Court.
