Wisconsin high court allows Musk raffle

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Supreme Court denied Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul’s petition to commence an original action that aimed to stop Elon Musk from giving $1 million checks to two voters who signed a petition for the conservative candidate in Tuesday’s Supreme Court election. In his original post, Musk said two people who had already voted would be chosen at random; he deleted this and has since maintained that two “spokesmen” for the petition will be selected as the winners at an event where participation is limited to those who signed his petition.
