ATTORNEYS - The Wisconsin Supreme Court suspended attorney Phaidra S. Knight from the practice of law for four months for knowingly letting an individual who was not licensed to practice law in Wisconsin use her name and attorney number to represent clients. She also allowed that individual to cash and disburse checks that were made out to her and her trust withoutensuring thatclients received their funds.
