Wireless Utility Charge

ATLANTA - CTIA-The Wireless Association claims the Georgia Public Service Commission imposed an illegal rule that will require wireless phone service providers to charge a monthly minimum of $5 to poor Georgians whose only phone service is federally subsidized wireless, under the FCC Lifeline program, in Federal Court.
