Wire Fraud

SANTA ANA, Calif. - Huntington Beach resident Momoud Areft Abaji faces up to 200 years in federal prison after a jury Friday convicted him of conspiracy, five counts of wire fraud and tax evasion for fraudulent purchases of more than 100 condominium units around the country; he is the sixth defendant convicted in the scam.
