CP Energy Group LLC claims Windy Point Partners and 9 others "delayed, obfuscated" and ducked their obligations to pay CP Energy for its consulting work on a 400-megawatt wind farm in Klickitat County, Wash., in a $23 million claim in New York County Court.

Here are the defendants in the wind farm case: Windy Point Partners LLC, Cascade Wind Holdings LLC, CRG Partners LLC, Cannon Power Corporation, Tuolumne Wind Project LLC, Windy Point Partners I LLC, Windy Point I LLC, Windy Point Partners I LLC, Windy Point Partners II LLC, and Windy Flat Partners LLC.
