Widow Sues ‘Four Seasons’ Bassist|Over Profits From Broadway Show

BEAUMONT, TEXAS (CN) - Donna Corbello sued Thomas DeVito, the bass player and a founding member of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, in Federal Court. She says her late husband, attorney Rex Woodard, co-wrote the Tony-winning Broadway show, "Jersey Boys," which is based on the band and is grossing $1 million a week, and DeVito is cheating her of profits.
