Whole Foods Said to Gouge

WASHINGTON (CN) - A federal antitrust class action claims Whole Foods Markets has overcharged for organic produce and restrained trade since merging with its "foremost competitor," Wild Markets, in 2007.

Plaintiffs are represented by Roy Katriel.
