Whitney Houston’s ex-husband Bobby Brown and the estate of the couple’s late daughter, Bobbi Kristina, brought a federal complaint Wednesday against Showtime Networks, BBC and others, saying they did not get permission for various footage that appears in “Can I Be Me,” a 2017 documentary about the late singer.
