Whistleblower Woes

MANHATTAN - The Second Circuit affirmed dismissal Thursday of a whistleblower action under the False Claims Act against Wells Fargo, as successor to the merger of Wachovia and World Savings banks, concerning their borrowing of money at favorable rates from the Federal Reserve's discount window.
