Where’s the Money? Teachers Ask Texas

HOUSTON (CN) - A class action breach of duty claim against the Teachers Retirement System of Texas demands documents on how the trustees lost $415.4 million in "derivative investments," in Harris County Court.

Plaintiffs also want to know how much the defendant trustees made in salary and benefits while they were losing all that money.

The plaintiffs are represented by Donald Wilhelm of Pearland.
