Where’s my Xbox?

NEW ORLEANS — The Fifth Circuit upheld a district court’s decision to dismiss, for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, a sweepstakes winner’s fraud suit against Frito-Lay, Pepsi and Kroger after he was unable to claim the Xbox he won due to issues with the sweepstakes site. He did not specify the parties’ state of incorporation or their principal places of business.
