DETROIT (CN) - A woman says she was injured and scarred when a bartender lost control of liquor bottles he was juggling and sent one smashing into her face. She demands more than $25,000 from Plan B Nightclub.
Kimberly Hollis says Plan B and its bartender had a duty "to refrain from conducting a hazardous activity such as juggling liquor bottles unless it could be conducted with absolute safety."
Hollis is represented by Robert Tensbrunsel in Wayne County Court. She seeks damages for pain and suffering, lost wages, the scar on her forehead and loss of the pleasures in life.
