What’s in a Name?

Enraquita Lopez, M.D., sued the Medical Board of California for disciplining her for using the “fictitious” name Quita — the name she goes by — instead of her full name, a practice she says is no different from a doctor named Robert calling himself Bob, in Fresno County Court.
