The owners of a "refined" Italian restaurant on the Upper East Side say The Volney Residences, condominiums, have encroached on restaurant property with a construction scaffold for nearly four years, forcing the restaurant to move. The Madison Restaurant Acquisition Corp. demands $6 million in New York County Court.
