Westinghouse Accused Of Bribing India

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corp. paid $137,000 in bribed to get business from India's national railroad, the SEC claims in Federal Court. The bribes allegedly were delivered by Westinghouse's India subsidiary, Pioneer Friction Ltd., and were not recorded on Westinghouse's books.
