West Point

NEW YORK — In a case arising from the “separation” of a West Point cadet for multiple disciplinary actions, the Second Circuit ruled that West Point’s cadet removal procedures meet due process requirements and the intra-military immunity doctrine renders the cadet’s regulatory claims “nonjusticiable.”
