A federal judge refused Wells Fargo Bank’s request for summary judgment on  the United Services Automobile Association’s claim that the bank violated its patent on the “automated capture of a digital image of a check for deposit using a mobile device.”

MARSHALL, Texas — A federal judge denied Wells Fargo Bank summary judgment against a claim that it violated the United Services Automobile Association’s patent on the “automated capture of a digital image of a check for deposit using a mobile device.”
