Welder May Have Traded Sparks For Lung Cancer

NEW YORK (CN) - The 2nd Circuit reversed dismissal of a widow's claim that she was entitled to her late husband's disability benefits, because his lung cancer had been caused by the asbestos blankets his employer gave him to protect him from welding sparks.
