MANHATTAN — Imprisoned former film executive Harvey Weinstein sued attorney Michael Abelson and the firm Abelson Herron Halpern, claiming he endured $1 million in damages because of Abelson's failure to advise him that the dismissal of one count of Weinstein's indictment would constitute grounds for the termination of Weinstein's insurance coverage.
