Harvey, aka Juanita Black; Morris Douglas Jaffe, Jr. as Executor of the Estate of Morris Douglas Jaffe, Sr.; Quality Cylinders, Inc.; David Wayne Myers; Michael Gerard Panzarella; and Minot Tully Pratt, IV.
