Water Contamination

     AUSTIN, Texas — The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality sued 12 defendants for $4.7 million, the cost of cleaning up chromium contamination at the First Quality Cylinders Superfund site; click headline to see defendants in Travis County Court.

Harvey, aka Juanita Black; Morris Douglas Jaffe, Jr. as Executor of the Estate of Morris Douglas Jaffe, Sr.; Quality Cylinders, Inc.; David Wayne Myers; Michael Gerard Panzarella; and Minot Tully Pratt, IV.
