Water Contamination

The city of Hemet brought a <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/Water.contamination.pdf">federal complaint</a></strong> against Dow Chemical, Shell Oil and Crop Production Service for contaminating groundwater with TCP; and Golden State Water Co. sued the same defendants and J.R. Simplot on similar claims, for its wells in Nipomo and Claremont.
