(CN) - Waste Management Inc. faces federal class action overtime complaints in 11 states: Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Tennessee, Kansas, New Mexico and Alabama. All were filed this week.
Waste Management of Illinois was sued in Chicago; Waste Management of Wisconsin in Milwaukee; Waste Management of Michigan in Detroit; Waste Management of Massachusetts in Boston; Waste Management of New Jersey in Newark; Waste Management of New Hampshire in Concord; Waste Management of Kentucky in Louisville; Waste Management of Tennessee in Jackson; Waste Management of Kansas in Kansas City; Waste Management of New Mexico in Albuquerque; and Waste Management of Alabama in Birmingham.
