Washington Supreme Court

CLASS ACTIONS, EMPLOYMENT - Installation and service technicians claimed that Brink's Home Security violated the state Minimum Wage Act by failing to pay the technicians for the time they spent driving company trucks from their homes to the first job site of the day and back from the last job site.
