SEX OFFENDER, ATTORNEYS - The Washington Supreme Court found thatasexually violent predatorwas denied his right tocounselduring a mandated psychological exam,but that the error washarmless because he made the same admissions in the presence of counsel that he made during the exam, and thevideotape of that deposition was played to the jury without objection.
