IMMUNITY - The Washington Supreme Court held that a marriage counselor who testified on a wife's behalf in a custody hearing is not immune from the husband's negligence lawsuit accusing the counselor of violating the Uniform Health Care Information Act because witness immunity does not apply to information disclosed in violation of the Act.
