ARBITRATION, ATTORNEY FEES - The trial court modified an arbitration panel's denial of attorney fees and awarded attorney fees to the Morrells. The Washington Court of Appeals reversed the arbitrator's award because a trial court has no collateral authority to go behind the face of an arbitration award or to determine whether additional attorney fees are appropriate.
