PRIVACY - The Washington Court of Appeals reversed a judgment for a former Kitsap County employee, who recorded conversations with citizens and kept public records. The court said the county may pursue its claim for injunctive relief and damages, because the employee's violation of the Privacy Act is a matter of major public importance.
