Wash. Appeals Court

ENVIRONMENT - Creveling built a diversion dam across a creek, allowing fish to be swept into an irrigation ditch. The Washington Court of Appeals found that the Department of Fish and Wildlife has the authority to remove the diversion because fish are the property of the state while in state waters. See ruling.
