CONSUMER LAW - The Washington Appeals Court found that Naegeli Reporting was not exempt under the state Consumer Protection Act on claims that it overcharged a litigant for court records by inflating the number of pages in transcripts with inserted tab spaces and new paragraphs. See ruling.
