'Walking While Black'

OKLAHOMA CITY – A black man claims an Okmulgee police officer arrested him for “walking while black,” framed him on a bogus charge of marijuana possession, which was overturned and dismissed, and that he was beaten by white inmates during his 13 months of wrongful incarceration.
