Wal-Mart Slapped With Wage Class Action

PORTLAND, Ore. (CN) – Wal-Mart employees filed a $5 million class action claiming that the chain refuses to pay accrued vacation wages when employees quit or are fired. Lead plaintiff Jeff Klink says Wal-Mart owes him and more than 10,000 fellow Oregon employees late and penalty wages.

The class is represented by David Schuck.
