VP Says Churchill Downs Fired Him|For Exposing Derby Kickback Scheme

LOUISVILLE (CN) - The former vice president of Churchill Downs claims the racetrack and its Chairman of the Board Carl Pollard fired him to retaliate for his exposing Pollard's scheme "to funnel tickets to the Kentucky Derby to black market brokering services, in return for kickbacks."

Tom Schneider also claims Pollard defamed him by accusing him of adultery.

Schneider is represented in Jefferson County Court by Philip Kimball.
