Voting Rights

The Arizona Democratic Party sued the Arizona secretary of state and all of its country recorders in federal court for failing to provide a cure opportunity for up to five days after election day for otherwise <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Voting-rights.pdf">valid mail ballots</a></strong> that have no signature.</p>

PHOENIX — The Arizona Democratic Party claims in a federal complaint that the Arizona secretary of state and all of its country recorders failed to provide a cure opportunity for up to five days after Election Day for otherwise valid mail ballots that have no signature.
