Voting Requirements

The First Circuit denied the Republican National Committee and Rhode Island Republican Party’s motion to stay a district court’s decree that suspended the state’s witness requirements for mail-in voting. The Republicans, however, will be allowed to intervene in an appeal of the ruling.
