Voting laws

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Arkansas Supreme Court ruled Secretary of State John Thurston is not entitled to sovereign immunity in the League of Women Voters of Arkansas and Arkansas United’s suit challenging four new state voting laws that they claim disenfranchise voters and impede “nonpartisan voter-support activities.”
