Voter unenrollment

PORTLAND, Maine — A federal district court granted in part a permanent injunction that directs the Maine secretary of state to notify voters who were forcibly unenrolled from the Libertarian Party of Maine that their unenrollment was unlawful and that they can reenroll with an expedited process if they wish to do so.
